The product is satisfying. I can't comment on the results just yet. Due to the large jar and small contents, four stars instead of five.

Because these supplements use the combination of the two active forms of vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin), they can be used directly by the body. If I take 1 capsule of 'Vegan Multiple (formerly Vegetarian Multiple)' daily, do I need to take this vitamin B12 less frequently than once a day?
On 10 march 2020 by Customer serviceYou can certainly take both supplements every day. The B12 in the multivitamin is very low dosed and is also in the poorly absorbable form, namely B12 cyanocobalamin.
Is this vitamin B12 suitable for a 7-year-old child?

Can it be safely used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
