The product is satisfying. I can't comment on the results just yet. Due to the large jar and small contents, four stars instead of five.

Because these supplements use the combination of the two active forms of vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin), they can be used directly by the body. If I take 1 capsule of 'Vegan Multiple (formerly Vegetarian Multiple)' daily, do I need to take this vitamin B12 less frequently than once a day?

Is this vitamin B12 suitable for a 7-year-old child?
