I am 4 weeks pregnant. Is this folic acid sufficient if I take one capsule per day, or should I take more?

Essential Organics pure biologically active folic acid contains 400 µg of folic acid in the biologically active form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate as Quatrefolic®.
For additional vitamins such as folic acid and minerals that are also needed during pregnancy, you might consider the pregnancy essentials from Essential Organics or the prenatal from Vitaminstore. Both products also contain 400 µg of folic acid in the biologically active form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate as Quatrefolic®.
Are these capsules that you can split in half? Or are they more like soft gels where this isn't possible? I would like to take 600 mcg of active folic acid instead of 400 mcg.
