What is Essential Organics B-Complex + Ester C and what is it used for?
Essential Organics B-Complex + Ester C is a dietary supplement that provides good support during physical and mental stress. It contains a complete Vitamin B complex. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B5, B11, and B12 help reduce fatigue. Biotin (B8) helps maintain normal metabolism and is good for the hair.
Ester C is a non-acidic variant of Vitamin C that is gentler on the stomach lining. It is better absorbed by the body and remains active in the body for longer. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and protects cells and tissues against free radicals, which are partly caused by stress. It has a positive effect on the immune system, helps reduce fatigue, and contributes to good resistance.
Essential Organics B-Complex + Ester C comes in a vegetable capsule, made from the tapioca plant, using natural excipients based on (brown) rice. So: pure and with minimal additives.
This product contains NO yeast, added sugar or synthetic colour or flavourings.

Ingredients

Can you use this product during pregnancy? I'm currently using the Fish Oil, Pregnancy Complete, and Calcium. I'd like to add this due to fatigue. Thank you in advance!
On 25 april 2022 by Customer serviceWe advise against doing this as you are already receiving a B complex through the Pregnancy Complete. However, you could take Ester C additionally alongside the multi. Perhaps magnesium might be a better option to support fatigue during pregnancy.
Can I use this in combination with multivitamins? Are the ingredients natural?

In the Netherlands, no more than 21 mg of B6 per day is allowed to be taken from supplements. Royal Green uses natural sources for their vitamins and minerals wherever possible, but many vitamins and minerals are always synthetically manufactured in a nature-identical form so that they are recognised by the body and can be well absorbed. This is also the case for the vitamins in this supplement. The fillers are all from natural sources.
