I've been taking this supplement since 1989, and I occasionally stop for a while, but after a month I notice that I need it again due to the lack of extra B vitamins and magnesium. I then decide to resume taking this powerful supplement. I'm extremely satisfied with it.
I have been taking the vitamins from Essential Organics since 1984, I find them to be one of the best vitamin products.
In addition to fast delivery, the Multi Vit is a great supplement to your daily nutrition. Easy to take and not large pills. It helps me stay fitter and recover faster from my training.

Is there sufficient vitamin D3 and omega fatty acids? How many mg of B12 does it contain?
On 13 december 2024 by Customer serviceThe All Sports formula is part of an older series of Essential Organics products, all of which contain a very low amount of vitamin D. In this case, it is only 10 mcg per daily dosage of 3 tablets (thus 3.3 mcg per tablet).
The amount of B12 is 10 mcg. This is a minuscule amount, but for someone who consumes meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, it is more than sufficient as these foods already provide enough B12. However, for someone following a vegan diet, this is far too little. A vegan should ideally take around 50 to 150 mcg per day.

There is also a sports multi available there, namely the Multi Sport. This provides 20 mcg of plant-based vitamin D and 5 mcg of vitamin B12 per daily dosage of 2 capsules. If you are a vegan, you can take one capsule of the Organic Active B12 1000 mcg every two to three days alongside it.
None of these multivitamins provide omega-3 fatty acids. You can take those as a separate supplement, such as the Natural Fish Oil or the plant-based Algal Oil.
I would like to ask you from what age the multivitamin for athletes can be taken

An alternative (smaller capsules) is the Teener Multi, which has been specially developed for children aged 8 to 18 years.
