Bonusan Vitamin B12 Active 1500 mcg contains 750 mcg methylcobalamin, 750 mcg adenosylcobalamin, and 200 mcg 5-MTHF. Folate, also known as vitamin B11, is closely related to vitamin B12. Both support the immune system and help reduce fatigue, support normal psychological function, and normal homocysteine metabolism. Additionally, folate contributes to normal blood formation and resistance to stress.

Vitamin B12 Active 1500 mcg contains the biologically active variants of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin. Besides the active forms of vitamin B12, this product uses the patented glucosamine salt (5-MTHF) from Quatrefolics®. This is an active form of folate that no longer needs to be metabolised by the body. The benefits of using Quatrefolics® are that it has improved bioavailability and is better absorbed than other forms of folate.
Suitable for reducing fatigue
The body may need to supplement its reserve stock or make vitamin B12 directly available to the tissues. Vitamin B12 deficiencies are observed in all age groups. Vegetarians and vegans also have an increased need for B12 as they receive this vitamin only very limitedly through their diet.

Hello, the 1500 mcg does not state that it's a lozenge. The 1000 mcg does. What is the difference in absorption? And which is better?
On 27 september 2022 by Customer serviceThe Bonusan B12 1500 mcg is not a lozenge and is therefore absorbed through the stomach and intestinal tract. The Bonusan 1000 mcg is a lozenge that is absorbed into the body via saliva. If you use stomach protectors, or regularly take antacid medication, or have a genetic predisposition for less effective B12 absorption, then a lozenge is better for absorption, as the B12 is absorbed through the saliva.
I use Bonusan's Co-Enzyme B12 1500 mcg plus. I would very much like to know how much mg of B6 is contained in this product. Thank you for your attention.
