Bonusan Vitamin C-500 Ascorbate Complex contains 500 mg of buffered vitamin C per capsule in four different forms: ascorbates of the minerals magnesium, calcium, potassium, and zinc. Thanks to this combination, Bonusan Vitamin C-500 Ascorbate Complex also provides a small amount of magnesium and zinc. These minerals complement the action of vitamin C. Magnesium contributes (just like vitamin C) to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps release energy from food. Like vitamin C, magnesium contributes to learning performance, a clear mind, mental resilience, concentration, and is good for mood and memory. Zinc is a beneficial addition as it helps support a healthy acid-base balance.

Usage
