Magnesium citrate, magnesium ascorbate, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), calcium pantothenate, inositol, nicotinamide, thiamine, riboflavin, anti-caking agent (ascorbyl palmitate), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, biotin, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin.
Unless otherwise recommended, take one capsule daily during or shortly after a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a thyroid disorder or are using thyroid hormones.

However, do be cautious when using herbs and medication together.
