I had a test with the allergist and I have a sulphite intolerance. I take molybdenum (advice from the internet) because it converts sulphite to sulphate. Since I started taking a combination of vitamins, zinc, chlorella, and molybdenum, my life has improved by 80%. I pay less attention to what I eat and I am working again!

For adults, a molybdenum intake of 600 mcg per day is safe; children may consume 10 mcg of molybdenum per kilogram of body weight per day.
