Elderly people, for instance, produce less intrinsic factor. That's why Multi Vital Extensis Active includes vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue and is good for concentration, memory, and mood.

For the elderly, a higher RDI for vitamin D has been established. Multi Vital Extensis Active contains vitamin D3. This is important for maintaining strong bones and normal muscle function. It also contributes to a good immune system. For maintaining strong bones, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K have also been added.

Multi Vital Extensis Active provides as many vitamins and minerals as possible in a natural, biologically well-absorbable form. The vitamin B complex is supplemented with choline, PABA, and inositol. Vitamin E is accompanied by natural mixed tocopherols. Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.

Vitamins C, B6, B12, and folic acid are in their active form. This form ensures good bioavailability, meaning these vitamins are well absorbed by the body. The organically bound minerals in this multi are also well absorbed.

The level of vitamin B6 is kept relatively low to prevent possible accumulation. For the same reason, the active P5P form of B6 is used. Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body only converts into vitamin A as needed. This prevents overdosing.

In addition to a complete spectrum of vitamins and minerals, this multi also contains lycopene and lutein. Finally, several standardised herbal formulas are included, such as Ginkgo biloba, Panax ginseng, and Astragalus membranaceus.

Usage
Unless otherwise advised, take 1 tablet three times a day during or shortly after meals.
