Initially took general magnesium for cramps. After increasing simvastatin, the cramps returned. On advice, started taking this citrate. No more cramps.
Good product!
The tablets are easy to take. Magnesium citrate is well absorbed. Bonusan is a reliable manufacturer. I am very satisfied, I have been using them for 6 years.
Because the tablets are smaller in size than those of other brands, they are easy to take. I have tried several, but these work best for me.

Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 tablet daily during or shortly after a meal.
Not suitable for children under 1 year.

There is also a lot of unnecessary fear and panic surrounding excipients such as magnesium stearate (an anti-caking agent). Our body can easily eliminate the small amounts present in such dietary supplements.
Anti-caking agents are intended to prevent tablet machines from jamming, and they also ensure that each tablet contains exactly the same amount of active ingredients.
You would need to take hundreds or possibly thousands of tablets per day to consume a toxic dose of magnesium stearate. When used according to the guidelines on the label (in this case, 1 to 3 tablets per day), there is nothing to worry about.
