Works excellently and can be taken even during a course of antibiotics.
I've just started using it for a week, but haven't noticed any improvement yet. I always use the regular version, but after an antibiotic course, I decided to purchase this one. I find the price quite steep.

Bio-Kult has a unique composition of 14 bacterial strains. Bio-Kult contains no maltodextrin or other additives. Bio-Kult can be stored at room temperature. It does not need to be refrigerated. The total number of bacteria is guaranteed until the end of the 2-year shelf life.
Bio-Kult Plus is suitable for use with antibiotics.
Bio-Kult is suitable during pregnancy (always consult your doctor or specialist before taking a dietary supplement).
For children under 12, we recommend Bio-Kult Advanced multi-strain probiotics (2 billion bacteria per capsule).

I use B12 + folate lozenges from Vitals daily. Bio Kult Plus also contains B12, can I use them together?
On 16 june 2025 by Customer serviceYes, it is not a problem to use these two supplements at the same time. The amount of vitamin B12 in Bio-Kult is low (2.5 mcg) and since B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, any excess is simply excreted through urine. Therefore, an overdose is not possible.
I take a B12 + folate lozenge from Vital every morning. If I also take the Bio-Kult Plus, will I be getting too much B12?

Is it safe to take this while on antibiotics?

However, it is advised to take Bio-Kult Plus at a different time of day than the antibiotics to maximise the effectiveness of both.
Can individuals with cholesterol issues and an underactive thyroid use this without any problems?
On 24 june 2024 by Customer serviceYes, they can, but take note: the use of supplements might cause a slight increase or decrease in cholesterol levels. Therefore, always have your cholesterol checked during a regular check-up with your doctor. If you are on thyroid medication, ensure there is at least a 2-hour gap between taking the probiotics and your medication.
