Ik slik deze probiotica al 2 jaar. Of het werkt of niet ik krijg zeker minder maag problemen in de laatste jaar.

Bio-Kult has a unique composition of 7 Lactobacillus strains, 4 Bifidobacterium strains, 1 Lactococcus strain, and 1 soil bacteria strain. Bio-Kult is developed for the most sensitive individuals. Therefore, Bio-Kult contains no maltodextrin or other additives that could be problematic for a very sensitive digestive system.
Bio-Kult can be stored at room temperature. It does not need to be refrigerated.
The total number of bacteria is guaranteed until the end of the 2-year shelf life.
Bio-Kult is suitable for children and pregnant women (always consult your doctor or specialist before taking any dietary supplement).
Bio-Kult is gluten-free.

Bio-Kult Each capsule contains:
A minimum of 2 billion probiotic microorganisms per capsule (2 x 109 CFU/capsule), equivalent to 10 billion probiotic microorganisms per gram (1 x 1010 CFU/gram).
This concentration is guaranteed until the end of the 2-year shelf life.
Bio-Kult Usage:
1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food and a glass of water or as recommended by your doctor, specialist, or dietitian. (They may likely recommend, based on the latest insights, taking it in the evening before bed).
Bio-Kult capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart, and the contents can be mixed with a drink or sprinkled over food.
Children under 12: Half dose.

Hi! Is it better to take them on an empty stomach, during, or after a meal? I've always had trouble digesting probiotics. Thanks :)

Bio-Kult can be increased, depending on your needs and how your body reacts. Start with 1 capsule per day. After 3 days, you can add 1 more, up to 4 capsules. When increasing, you may temporarily experience mild stomach complaints (such as rumbling or flatulence). This is normal and usually short-lived.
Can Bio Kult Everyday be used simultaneously with antibiotics?

Take the probiotics approximately 2 to 3 hours after the antibiotics, so the good bacteria are not immediately broken down. For optimal recovery of your gut, it is advisable to continue using the probiotics for another 1 to 2 weeks after finishing the course.
