My stomach quickly became calmer!
I have been taking these capsules for a few months now and feel that my intestines are somewhat calmer.
Taken after antibiotics course...bowel movements quickly restored...
The Super Microflor is ideal for use during an antibiotic treatment, but can also be used temporarily for 1 to 2 months as an additional supplement. During an antibiotic treatment, it is advised not to take it at the same time and keep some hours in between.
The Lab2ProTM bacterial strains are selected for their shelf stability at room temperature and their resistance to stomach acid. The DR capsule also protects the contents from stomach acid and only opens in the intestine. Together, they ensure that the bacteria are protected during intake so they reach the intestine alive and in good condition.
Super Microflor also contains the patented (Sunfiber® ST) which provides natural prebiotic fibres derived from guar beans.

Is this a good probiotic to take during the use of an antibiotic (doxycycline)?

This product contains 8 different bacterial strains and is specially formulated to support the gut flora during an antibiotic regimen. It's important not to take the probiotic at the same time as the antibiotic, but at least 2 hours afterwards.
For my trip to Asia, I am looking for a good probiotic. Is this one suitable for that?

Why don't the different bacterial strains have a code and thus aren't lab tested? Kind regards

These strains have been selected for their shelf stability at room temperature and their resistance to the effects of stomach acid. These strains are also certified with the Lab2Pro™ label, which guarantees that the bacteria reach the gut alive and in good condition.
As for the codes of the bacterial strains, these are typically not included on the label of probiotic products. The reason for this is that identifying bacteria down to the strain requires precise genetic sequencing, which is a complex process.
That being said, the quality and effectiveness of our probiotic products are of great importance. We ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and are regularly tested to guarantee their potency and purity.
I have undergone a course of antibiotics because I have an H pylori bacterium in my stomach/intestines. I have been suffering from this for 3 years. Bloated stomach, unable to eat anything, etc. I already eat lactose and gluten-free. The bacterium was active 3 years ago and after 9 different courses of antibiotics, it was quiet for a while. During an endoscopy, my oesophagus was slightly damaged, but this has healed. The bacterium is back again. Which probiotics do you recommend? I would love to hear from you!

We understand that you are looking for a similar product that does not contain milk. Although the Super Microflor probiotics contain lactic acid bacteria, these should not cause problems for those with lactose intolerance. However, everyone reacts differently, and it is always best to listen to your own body. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any probiotics in our range that are specifically lactose-free.
