Composition
The finely ground total powder at low temperature contains per capsule: 350 mg of the root of Valeriana officinalis and is standardised to 0.17% valerenic acid.
Ingredients
Valerian powder (Valeriana officinalis, 78.5%, which is 350 mg per capsule). Capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
The shell of the Arkocaps Valerian capsules is of vegetable origin. These capsules contain all the active natural ingredients of the root, without any added sugar, yeast, preservatives, colourings, or flavourings. Gluten-free.
Instructions for Use
For a good night's sleep: Take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules just before bedtime with sufficient water.
For a nervous feeling: Take 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening during meals with sufficient water.
