Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale, known in English as the Dandelion, supports liver function. Most dietary supplements contain an extract from the root. Traditionally, a tea is made from the root, but it is very bitter.

Dandelion (in tablets, capsules, or as a liquid tincture) can be excellently combined with, for example, milk thistle, turmeric, artichoke, and/or ginger.
