Perfect for a foot bath. It’s relaxing and wonderful for the muscles. The children are also fans, enjoying it immensely, plus they experience fewer growing pains and muscle aches, and sleep better as a result.
After an intense workout, a bath infused with Magnesium salt provides soothing relief and relaxation. Highly recommended!
Works wonderfully relaxing after half an hour of soaking. Also [.....] disappears like snow in the sun! It's just not very economical in use.
I ordered this bath salt because I have difficulty absorbing magnesium. After soaking in this bath salt for about half an hour, I indeed felt more relaxed. An added bonus is that it makes your skin very soft. I do recommend drinking plenty of water. The only downside to this bath salt might be the price. With the jar, you can have about one bath, so it is quite expensive.

Usage
For a float bath, use half to 1 kg of magnesium crystals. The recommended water temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle the crystals into the bath. They will dissolve quickly. Fragrance lovers can add a few drops of essential oil.
After about 20 minutes, your body will feel soft and smooth. Your skin will be pleasantly supple, and you can enjoy the dual effect: the absorption of magnesium will make you feel relaxed and you'll sleep wonderfully!
Close the packaging well after use.
