I have a daughter who could use some support to fall asleep better. Would she be allowed to have 1 gummy (she is 11 years old) or is it not suitable for this age? Is there possibly an alternative?

If your daughter could use some help to fall asleep better, there are child-friendly alternatives without melatonin — for example, with chamomile, valerian, or passionflower in mild dosages. These are specially tailored for children.
