Ingredients
liquorice*, cocoa shells*, spearmint*, fennel*, anise*, ginger*, peppermint*, nettle*, cinnamon*, chilli*, cardamom*, cloves*, black pepper*
*organically grown.
Usage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the teabag and steep for 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.
Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
