Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the teabag and let it steep for 7-9 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.
Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
Store in a dry and sealed place.
