My wife has been using Spiroflor for some time for her (worn out) lower back and leg muscles after knee surgeries (total prostheses). No other product provides such effective relief as Spiroflor.

Ingredients
Symphytum officinale tincture for external use 10 g,
Rhus toxicodendron tincture for external use 5 g,
Ledum palustre tincture for external use 5 g.
Excipients: hamamelis water, carbomer, methylparaben (E218), sodium EDTA, pine oil and triethanolamine.
Apply the gel 2 to 3 times daily to the desired areas and massage in lightly.
