A good quality multi and a pleasant chewable tablet (not too big or too hard). The (after)taste is a bit sour but my children don’t mind it at all. After all, they’re not sweets. I have been loyal to this multi for years.
Searched for a long time for a children's chewable multivitamin with enough vitamin D (most multis offer so little, you'd need to take 2 at a time). Found these from Vitortho. Unfortunately, my 3-year-old doesn't like them. They're unpleasant tablets with a strong aftertaste. Very disappointing.

Take 1 chewable tablet once daily, preferably during meals. Sweetened with sweetener. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.
This product contains vitamin K2. Use in combination with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon) only in consultation with a (orthomolecular) doctor.
Contains a maximum of 3 mg of vitamin B6 and is not suitable for children under 1 year (mandatory warning text).
