I notice no result, no decreased appetite
I received this product with one of my vouchers and so I tried it; it certainly helped with managing my weight. In the month that I used it, I definitely didn't gain any weight, and I even lost a pound.

What stands out about this product is that you don't really notice it, but you unconsciously find it much easier to maintain your weight. With other weight control products, you sometimes feel a bit nauseous or experience other unpleasant side effects. I don't have that at all with this one. 4 stars because I do need to use a bit more than indicated. I take up to 2 pieces for each meal.
I've been using the capsules for a week now and I truly feel like I'm sleeping better. Both falling asleep and staying asleep seem to have improved. And that's after trying many other things that didn't help. It's wonderful to have finally found something that works for a better night's sleep.

Can I take inositol complex and weight control together?

Can I use multivitamin for women together with weight control?

While these ingredients are generally not associated with feelings of restlessness or nervousness, everyone is different and reactions can vary. If you are sensitive to certain supplements or have concerns about potential side effects, we always recommend consulting with a nutritional therapist.
