The advice from the Nutrition Centre is to be in the sun with at least your head and hands uncovered for 15 to 30 minutes between 12-3 pm for the production of vitamin D in the skin and then to protect the skin from the sun. The vitamin C products from Vitaminstore do not contain SPF and can therefore be used as usual. The advice is to protect the skin daily with an SPF cream if necessary.
