Why has nettle extract been added (Nettle Extract (5:1) 250 mg) to these capsules? What is meant by the ratio 5:1? What is the effect of this in conjunction with vitamins K2 and D?

A supplement with both vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 is considered most suitable for complementing the diet. The nettle extract has a ratio of 5:1, meaning that 5 parts of a plant are used for 1 part extract. So, 1,250 mg nettle.
The super Vitamin K2 also contains D3. Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 support mineral absorption in the bones and therefore have a synergistic effect.

Do I need to supplement with additional D3, or is the D3 dosage in this supplement sufficient?
On 04 october 2020 by Customer service25 mcg is generally adequate during the summer period if you spend enough time outdoors. During the winter, we recommend taking at least around 50 mcg per day.
It states that it is suitable for vegetarians, but is it also suitable for vegans? Due to the D3 contained in it.
