unfortunately, I react adversely to one of the ingredients in this composition and do not fall asleep, which I normally do well, but I took it for sleep disturbances and waking up too early
Finally something that helps for a better night's sleep. I've been using the capsules for a week now and I really notice a difference.
I occasionally use this to help me relax better before going to bed. However, I always combine it with other sleep herbs. Sometimes, it's also useful to alternate with other sleep herbs, as you can become accustomed to it, making it less effective.

The jar indicates that the pills contain caffeine. Isn't that a bit contradictory to the purpose of the pills?
