Rhodiola root extract (62%), vegetable capsule (pullulan, potassium chloride, carrageenan), filler (alfalfa herb), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Take 2 capsules daily. Take with meals with sufficient water and swallow the capsules whole.
