I haven't been using it for very long, but I already notice a difference; I have more energy.

The saffron extract in the Mood Support contains various active compounds that contribute to the health benefits of the herb. The main active compounds in saffron are crocin, crocetin, and safranal. Crocin is a carotenoid pigment responsible for the yellow colour of saffron. Crocetin is also a carotenoid and, together with crocin, provides the effects of saffron with its health benefits. Hello, I see that it states mood support is suitable for vegetarians, but is it also suitable for vegans? Is the ashwagandha extract in real cow's milk, or is the plant extract referred to as milk?
