I use it as a supplement to my diet, I don't notice much difference apart from my skin.
I always bought the chlorella from Vital Green. Now I've ordered the second jar of the own brand. I thought I didn't notice any difference or anything at all when I used this product. Until the jar was empty and I didn't take chlorella for about 3 weeks. I ordered a new jar and after a few days you do feel [.....] and [.....]. Good product. My children also get 1 tablet daily at breakfast. Just that little bit extra. Highly recommended.
I can feel a difference after just 2 days. I use this after an operation to help eliminate all the medication from my body. If I don't use it, it really takes about 2 months before I feel fit again. Now (2 weeks after the operation, I started with chlorella), I can feel a difference after just 2 days.

My mother (90 years old) has recently started using your own brand of chlorella tablets. For years, she has been taking a daily calcium-vitamin D tablet due to osteoporosis. How much calcium and vitamin D is in the daily dose (6 tablets) of chlorella? And is it advisable to discontinue the calcium-vitamin D tablet to avoid overdose, or does it not matter?
On 17 february 2023 by Customer service100 grams of chlorella contains approximately 341 mg of calcium, although this can vary. Taking 6 chlorella tablets amounts to about 5 mg of calcium. This is too low to replace the calcium-vitamin D tablet and will not cause an overdose. Besides calcium, chlorella contains other nutrients such as proteins, fibres, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids, making it a good supplement to your daily diet.
I am taking Super Omega D3 daily from your brand. Is it alright to combine it with Chlorella? Would it not be too much Omega 3? Thank you.

Hello, What is the maximum daily dosage you can take without experiencing diarrhoea?
