It's often said that vitamin K2 has no side effects. However, my experience suggests otherwise. I've tried two different brands, yet both resulted in the same issues for me. I experience constant hunger throughout the day, a gnawing hunger pain in my stomach, a weak feeling as if my blood sugar is too low, extremely vivid dreams at night, and a peculiar restlessness during the day. Eating doesn't alleviate these symptoms. When I stop taking it, things return to normal after two or three days. But once I start again, the symptoms reappear. I'm not diabetic. I took a dosage of 1 capsule of 90 mcg every other day. (From the other brand, I took 45 mcg once a day)
The shipment arrived perfectly, although the packaging was damaged, likely because the box was too large for the contents.
MK-7 is the best form of vitamin K. I use it to remineralise my teeth (along with cod liver oil and vitamin D) and it works!

MK-7, the superior form of vitamin K2
Vitamin K2, or menaquinone (abbreviated as MK), comes in various forms, the most well-known being MK-4, MK-7, MK-8, and MK-9. The number mentioned after 'MK' refers to the length of the side chain in the molecule. According to current scientific knowledge, menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is the most effective form of vitamin K2. MK-7 is excellently absorbed and remains in the body for a long time to be active, thanks to its long half-life. Hence, it is possible with MK-7 to suffice with relatively low dosages for optimal efficacy.
Sources of vitamin K2
MK-7 is produced by certain bacteria during fermentation and is naturally found mainly in natto, a Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans. Natto has a strong, distinctive flavour and is therefore not very popular in Western cuisine. Other menaquinones, such as MK-8 and MK-9, are found in smaller amounts mainly in cottage cheese and hard cheeses. This product from Vitals is produced using a specially developed fermentation process, with chickpeas as the base. The product is completely soy-free and free from genetic engineering. Finally, this vitamin K2 raw material is processed in plant-based capsules and supplemented with a natural excipient from rice.

In the Netherlands, sunlight is only sufficiently intense during the summer to produce a significant amount of vitamin D (provided we spend enough time outdoors). However, even during the summer, one can comfortably continue to take 25 or even 100 mcg of vitamin D per day.
Yes, it is perfectly fine to combine a vitamin K2 supplement with MorEPA Platinum.
