I've been using it for several years
All essential B vitamins in one capsule. Easy to take.
This is the second time I've ordered this product and I'm very pleased with it. The order is also delivered very quickly.
You feel the boost and I take this for a month with 14 days of rest in between, it works brilliantly for me.

For optimal efficacy, it is recommended to take all B vitamins as a B-complex, as they work together in many ways and depend on each other. When a high intake of a single B vitamin is desired, it is best combined with a B-complex.
Vitamin B Complex Active contains a generous dosage of all B vitamins and related substances. Wherever possible, biologically active (co-enzyme) forms have been chosen. This applies to vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5’-phosphate, R-5’-P), B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate, P-5’-P), B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, also known as dibencozide), and folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate, 5-MTHF). The advantage of this is that they do not need to be converted before they can function as co-enzymes in metabolism. They are therefore the body's own forms and often also the forms in which B vitamins occur in food.
