In the quest for a good multivitamin that suits my lifestyle, I have tried various products, including Vitaminstore's own brand. This one has a good balance of the different vitamins I want to supplement. Just for peace of mind alongside a healthy diet and unfortunately too many snacks. I will buy this more often.

Every Day Sport is the multivitamin for (elite) athletes. For anyone who takes sport seriously, it’s very important to know what you’re taking in. Which ingredients are in your food, what the nutritional values are, but also: the composition and quality of the food supplements you take. And just as importantly, what you’re not taking in. You don’t want to ingest unwanted substances or have anything to do with doping. That’s why Vitals products are checked for contaminants, and every batch of Every Day Sport is tested for the absence of doping-related substances. This is done in accordance with the NZVT system.

Every Day Sport is a one-a-day multivitamin in tablet form, suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is a carefully designed multi with essential vitamins, minerals and special additions, exceptionally suitable as a supplement to athletes’ daily diet. In the formulation, the choice has been made as much as possible for well-absorbed substances and compound forms, in the right proportions and with the most optimal dosages. I've been taking this multivitamin for about a month now and received my Vitamin D results yesterday. It is 82.3 nmol/l. It's said that anything above 80 is optimal, so I'm just above the minimum. Now, I'd like to boost it to 100. This multivitamin already contains 25 mcg. What dosage would you recommend, for how long, and what additional supplements should I take?

For adults, alongside a multivitamin, you can take an additional 1-2 capsules of Vitamin D3 (25 mcg). This amounts to a total intake of 50-75 mcg per day. According to the EFSA, it's safe to use up to 100 mcg per day for an extended period. It's advisable to have your blood levels tested again after 8-12 weeks.
