I find such a capsule quite handy. I dissolve the contents in some water and drink the mixture. This way, you get exactly 150mg. However, I expected more in terms of effect. I had hoped that my muscles would [...] even more.

Hello, Even though the packaging states 150mg, I'm still not entirely clear on how much elemental magnesium is in each tablet/capsule? This is because other malate products also state 150mg, but in reality, only contain 100 mg per tablet/capsule.
