Dissolve the contents of a sachet in approximately 100ml of lukewarm water. Let it stand for about 10 minutes. Stir well before consumption. Preferably take on an empty stomach.
If you are using antibiotics: wait 2 hours after taking the medication before using Symflora® Pre- and Probiotics Basis.

I have sachets and the sachet states that the contents should be placed in water and left to stand for 1 minute. However, the description on the internet says it should stand for 10 minutes before being consumed. Could I have a clear answer, please? Kind regards, Rieky Kroezen.

Stir well before consumption and take on an empty stomach. If you are using antibiotics, take it 2 hours after the antibiotics. Always follow the instructions on the packaging for how to use a product.

It is generally safe for most people to use, including those with type 1 diabetes. It does not contain sugars or other substances that could affect your blood sugar levels.
For the duration of use, Symflora Basis can be used daily to support gut health. However, it's a good idea to inform your doctor before adding a new supplement to your diet.
