I started taking this in week 34 of my pregnancy on the advice of a nutritional therapist. It's going well, neutral in taste and easy to use.
Works wonders for our 4-week-old son's tummy cramps.
Easy to use. I use it for our daughter. It can also be used during breastfeeding as you can make a ‘mash’ from it.
I started using this product towards the end of my pregnancy for the little one. It turns out that it's beneficial in case the baby needs antibiotics after birth. At the moment, I am 36 weeks pregnant, so I have no experience post-birth yet, but it is also working well for me. It’s easy to use; I drink it just before going to bed. I don’t have to get up extra in the evening to go to the toilet, as you don’t need to drink a huge glass. For me, it’s a nice product and a comforting feeling that I can do something for the baby before he is born.

The recommended dosage for pregnant women from the last 6 weeks of pregnancy is 3 grams per day (1.5 scoops). Add the powder to half a glass of lukewarm water, let it stand for at least 15 minutes, stir, and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.
The recommended dosage for children from birth to 1 year is 3 grams per day (1.5 scoops). Add to warmed bottle feeding, expressed breast milk or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (temperature maximum 37°C), do not let it stand for more than 5 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
For use by pregnant women with gestational diabetes and/or obesity, expert guidance is recommended. For use by infants younger than six weeks or by infants (e.g., with cow's milk allergy) who are under medical treatment, expert guidance is recommended.

Our little girl struggles with thicker consistency. That's why I put it in the bottle for her. I initially tried mixing 30 ml of milk with 1.5 scoops, but she found it too thick and couldn't get it out of the bottle (even after changing the teat). With 50 ml of milk mixed, she can get it out of the bottle, but she doesn't finish it within 5 minutes. What is the reason it must be consumed within 5 minutes and what might be the consequences?

Probiotics are live bacteria that can be sensitive to temperature and moisture. Mixing the probiotic powder with milk and letting it sit for a while can reduce the effectiveness of the probiotics.
If your daughter can't drink it within 5 minutes, it's not necessarily a problem. The most important thing is that she ingests the probiotics. The effectiveness might be slightly reduced, but the product can still offer benefits.
As an alternative, you might consider mixing smaller amounts and giving them several times a day. This can ensure she receives the full dosage without having to rush to drink it all at once.
How should I give this to my baby who only breastfeeds directly? (not expressed milk)

You can apply the paste with your finger to the inside of the baby's cheek or under their tongue. Alternatively, you can rub it on your nipple just before offering the breast.

It is also perfectly fine to take the probiotic Orthiflor original. This contains more strains and ensures that your entire gut microbiome is nourished.
What dosage should I follow for my 9-month-old baby?

Add to one warmed bottle of formula, expressed breast milk, or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (temperature no higher than 37°C), and do not leave standing for more than 5 minutes. Once you start introducing solid foods, the dosage can be reduced to 1 measuring scoop per day, up to 2 scoops if there are any issues.
