Glutathione is produced by the body from the amino acids cysteine, glutamine, and glycine, and is the most important sulphur compound in our body. In certain situations such as excessive oxidative stress, radiation, pollution, ageing, viral and bacterial infections, medication, poor nutrition, surgeries, burns, heavy metal burden, and poisoning, the demand for glutathione is increased and it is rapidly consumed. Glutathione protects our cells from damage, ageing, and diseases, and maintaining its levels plays an important role in orthomolecular therapy. The intake of normal glutathione, even in the reduced form, has the disadvantage of becoming inactive due to the peptidase in the intestines. By adding the Acetyl group, this Glutathione remains stable, optimising its bioavailability.

S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione, calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose (binder), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), silicon dioxide.
Take one to three times daily 1 capsule of S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione, with or after a meal with a little water.
