Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH™), rapeseed oil (filler), lecithin, beeswax, disodium phosphate (stabiliser), lecithin (from soy) and diglyceryl monooleate (emulsifiers), vegetarian capsule: corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, caramel (colouring).
Usage:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and a glass of water, unless otherwise advised.
