Vitamin D & K
The nutrients that should not be missing in Multi Night Man 50+ are vitamins D & K. The Health Council recommends that seniors take extra vitamin D. For people over 50, a daily intake of 10 mcg is recommended, and for those over 70, it's 20 mcg per day.
Vita-algae D®: well-absorbed and 100% plant-based
There are two main forms of this vitamin, namely D2 and D3, with the latter being the most efficiently absorbed by the body. Vita-algae D® is derived from algae and is therefore a plant-based variant of vitamin D3. The night formula contains a generous dose of 25 mcg, so you usually don't need an extra vitamin D supplement outside the winter months.
NAC: the precursor of glutathione
The body produces glutathione from the amino acids cysteine, glutamine, and glycine. Of these three, cysteine is difficult to obtain from food. N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) provides the building block cysteine and can thus be considered a precursor to glutathione.
Zeaxanthin and lutein
Zeaxanthin and lutein are carotenoids, natural pigments found in various plants and foods. They belong to the group of xanthophylls, which are responsible for the yellow to orange colour of many vegetables and fruits. Algae also produce zeaxanthin and lutein to protect against intense sunlight.

Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the evening 2 hours before sleeping. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
