The dosages are adjusted to the needs of men over 50, and the vitamins are present in their natural and bioavailable form. Older adults often have an increased need for vitamin B12. The Multi Day Man 50+ contains a dosage of 200 mcg of vitamin B12, which in most cases eliminates the need for a separate supplement.
