Very fine, helps to prevent cramps in my legs.
I have been using this magnesium for years to help with mood swings and to improve my concentration. The pills are somewhat large, but in this form, the magnesium is best absorbed by your body.
I've been taking this magnesium for years during busy periods or when I need to concentrate a lot. It provides support.
It works. If I don't take it for a day or two, I notice restlessness in my body and, for instance, in my legs. I'm more prone to calf cramps then. I've been using it for years and am very satisfied.
Good for muscles
Magnesium is an essential element for humans. It is present in fresh green vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Healthy adults are advised to take 300-400 mg of magnesium daily. The optimal intake is likely higher, around 6-10 mg/kg body weight.
Magnesium Taurate from Vitakruid has a very high absorbability in this form, which enhances its effectiveness. The addition of vitamin B6 is definitely necessary to ensure the positive effects of both the magnesium and the taurine.

Not really a question: there is too much vitamin B6 in this product. Since 2018, a maximum of 2 mg is allowed. I currently have a significant excess of vitamin B6. I'm only finding out now due to symptoms of heart palpitations.

However, it's important to note that the reference intake for B6 is 1.4 mg per day, 25 mg per day is considered safe, and the maximum B6 in supplements in the Netherlands is 21 mg. Therefore, there is not too much vitamin B6 in this product.
I've been taking this magnesium for a while, but suddenly I'm confused. How much magnesium is actually in one capsule? The bottle states magnesium (taurate) 60mg; L-Taurine (magnesium taurate) 625 mg. But L-Taurine isn't magnesium, is it? So, would there be 60mg of magnesium in one capsule?

However, rashes can be caused by various factors, such as allergic reactions to certain foods, medications, cosmetics, etc. If you experience a rash while using Magnesium Taurate with P-5-P or any other supplement, please consult your doctor or therapist to identify possible causes and receive appropriate treatment.

Is it permissible to open the capsule and take it with a little water? And is this also possible with the Gaba capsule from AOV?
