Magnesium taurate is an amino-chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid taurine. This bond ensures high bioavailability and effectiveness: the amino acid chelate enables efficient absorption of magnesium in the body.

Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) for optimal absorption
To support magnesium’s action optimally, vitamin B6 has been added to the formula. For the Magnesium 150 Taurate formula, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) was chosen – the biologically active form of vitamin B6. P-5-P has high bioavailability and is therefore used directly by the body. In addition, P-5-P is the safest and best-tolerated form of vitamin B6.

This Magnesium Taurate variant has been developed in tablet form and contains 150 mg elemental magnesium per tablet, with high bioavailability. The tablets are made from pure raw materials that are compressed directly, ensuring optimal purity and stability.

Ingredients
Magnesium taurate, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), HPMC (coating), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
