This works well for me to get into action mode more easily. Due to what is likely ADHD, it's often difficult to activate myself because something isn't quite right with the dopamine. And this remedy helps with that.
I've been taking it every morning for a month and I notice a difference in how quickly I get going. It was always difficult due to ADD, and now it's a bit better.

I am in doubt between Vitakruid and NOW, which brand do you recommend? What is the maximum amount of the supplement per day? Both brands offer capsules of 500mg, but Vitakruid suggests up to 2 times a day 1 capsule and NOW suggests up to 3 times a day 1 capsule.
On 27 february 2020 by Customer serviceBoth tyrosine products are of the same quality; the only difference is that the L-tyrosine from NOW is in a capsule made from animal material (gelatine), while the L-tyrosine from Vitakruid is in a plant-based capsule. Depending on your preference, you can choose one or the other.
The general dosage of L-tyrosine is around 500 mg, which corresponds to 1 capsule per day. Depending on the effect you wish to achieve or the purpose for which you are using it, you can increase the dosage to a maximum of 1500 mg per day (3 capsules). If you wish to take even higher dosages, please do so under the guidance of a professional.
