superb!
I use a few drops of the electrolytes in my morning coffee. Not only do I find that tasty, but I also experience no discomfort in my legs for at least half a day.
I put these drops in my water bottle when I exercise to replenish everything
I use this when I fast for an extended period, such as three days or more. It truly helps keep {***} at bay and provides me with the energy to complete my fast. Highly recommend.
I contacted Vitaminstore some time ago. I was looking for a supplement that I could use during IF and prolonged fasting (72 hours). I experienced cramps the first time. I purchased this on Vitaminstore's recommendation. It works perfectly, I didn't experience any issues. It also doesn't cause insulin spikes. Excellent product.

The instructions state that the drops should be mixed with a cold drink. Does this mean that in a warmer drink the effectiveness decreases or is even nullified?
On 16 december 2025 by Customer serviceNo, a warmer drink does not render the Electrolyte Fix ineffective. The electrolytes (such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium) are stable minerals and are not lost through heat. A cold drink is recommended primarily for taste and convenience reasons.
What type of magnesium is added here?
On 17 april 2025 by Customer serviceThe magnesium is dissolved in this (ionised), and therefore present in a free, unbound form.
