good combination of oils I don't find it tastes unpleasant either
Really quite an unpleasant taste, bitter. It's a shame.
Good service and quick delivery. The product itself is excellent. It doesn't taste unpleasant like some other products. I am satisfied!

Hi, could this be safely used during pregnancy?
On 06 november 2025 by Customer serviceAbsolutely, this omega can be used safely during pregnancy. Our advice is to choose an omega-3 product that is high in DHA. Consuming at least 250 mg provides support for the normal development of your baby's brain and eyes. You might consider Zwanger Omega.
Can children aged 6 and above use it?
On 12 december 2024 by Customer serviceThe Omega 3:6:9 oil from Viridian is generally safe for children, but we recommend adjusting the dosage according to the child's age and weight. Start with a lower dose and gradually increase it if the child tolerates it well.
Alternatively, Viridian also offers a special children's supplement called ViridiKid™ Nutritional Blend. This is an organic blend rich in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, specially designed for children. It has a pleasant taste and can be easily added to smoothies or food.
