I've been using these during my pregnancy and I appreciate them because they leave no unpleasant aftertaste.
I have been using these omega vitamins for a long time; they are easy to swallow and have no strange taste.
Pregnancy Omega is a high-dose fatty acid supplement that is very suitable for women who wish to become pregnant, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. A daily intake of at least 200 mg DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA, contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and in breastfed infants. Additionally, this supplement can also be used to support the vision and brain of adults with a daily intake of at least 250 mg.
Approved health claims:
- Extra intake of 200 mg DHA by the mother, in addition to the recommended daily amount of 250 mg DHA and EPA, contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the foetus and in breastfed infants

A pregnant woman needs approximately 15 mg per day. According to EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), the safe upper limit is 3000 mg per day, so you are well below this limit.

In total, this amounts to 18.5 mg. The recommended dose of vitamin E during pregnancy for humans is 22-30 mg/day.
