I’m very sensitive to fishy burps with omega, but this is genuinely the only one that doesn’t give me that. So happy with it!

Pregnancy Omega is a highly dosed fatty acid preparation that is very suitable for women who wish to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Daily intake of at least 200 mg DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA, contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and in breastfed infants. Additionally, this preparation can also be used to support the vision and brain of adults with a daily intake of at least 250 mg.
Approved health claims:
- Additional intake of 200 mg DHA by the mother, alongside the recommended daily amount of 250 mg DHA and EPA, contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the foetus and in breastfed infants
- DHA supports brain function and vision in adults with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA

A pregnant woman needs approximately 15 mg per day. According to EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), the safe upper limit is 3000 mg per day, so you are well below this limit.
Can I take this together with the pregnant complete?

Is there a risk of consuming too much vitamin E when combining this with Multi Mama during pregnancy?
On 21 january 2025 by Customer serviceNo, you will not be consuming too much vitamin E if you use both supplements. Pregnant Omega 3 contains 2.5 mg of vitamin E and the Multi Mama contains 16 mg. In total, this amounts to 18.5 mg. The recommended dose of vitamin E during pregnancy for humans is 22-30 mg/day.
