a good multivitamin, which the Groene Vrouw also sells and uses. So, I thought I was on the right track... I used it daily or every other day. My blood levels were measured, and it turned out that the vitamin B6 level was very high. So high that I experienced the described side effects, including forgetfulness and tingling in the tips of my hands and feet. I stopped using it immediately, and the side effects gradually disappeared. I knew that the B vitamins were highly dosed in this, but it was said that it couldn't do any harm... It's a shame, because it also did a lot of good. Among other things, it provided nutrition for the eyes. Why these B vitamins are so highly dosed is unknown to me.
