As a woman in my late fifties, I know and feel that my body is no longer 20. Nor does it need to be. To be on the safe side, I take Viridian's magnesium because I trust the brand. No unnecessary fillers. I always order these from the Vitamin Store because they have competitive prices and ship incredibly fast. Oh yes, glass jars... I find that important too. So not only do they ship quickly, but they also package it very well. I've never received a broken jar!
I have been using these magnesium supplements for over 4 years due to naturally low magnesium levels in my blood. It works well!
I'm not sure what exactly this has done for me. The different forms of magnesium in lower doses. I am now opting for a single type.

Can I use this alongside the Viridian pregnancy complex multi?

If you are already using the 'Viridian Pregnancy Complex', you are already receiving some magnesium. It is safe to take additional magnesium, but ensure you do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, you can take up to 350 mg of magnesium per day. Since the Viridian - Pregnancy Complex contains 36 mg of magnesium, you can effectively combine this with the Viridian High Potency Magnesium 300 mg.
It is always best to consult with a doctor or healthcare provider if you have any concerns or uncertainties.
