Delicious in yoghurt with some extra protein. I react strongly to soy and was looking for a good protein powder without dairy and soy. This one is truly top-notch

I mix a few scoops of hemp powder with half a litre of oat milk, 1 banana, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2/3 dates in a shake. If you mix it only with water, it’s indeed not pleasant. With fruit added, it’s delightful! It certainly helps with exercising. I run four times a week, and I notice that I can sustain it longer with these shakes and no longer have issues with [forbidden word]. My body isn’t getting bigger (which is good for women), but it is getting firmer. A much better and healthier choice than artificial protein powders full of fillers and sweeteners. Definitely worth buying! You’ll notice the benefits within a few days.

I have been mixing hemp protein powder in my blender for 2 weeks now. I use a lot of fresh fruit and water with it. In the past, I have also used hemp powder mixed only with water, which was drinkable but not very tasty. However, with fruit, it tastes better than any shake I have had so far. I use this powder as a supplement to my diet and I always have a shake after exercising; as a result, I rarely experience muscle soreness and I can see my body growing week by week. I have also compared prices and there is no cheaper alternative. The only downside to this product is that it contains less than 1% THC, which means some people cannot use it. Fortunately, it doesn't make you high, so you don't need to avoid it out of fear. All in all, a fantastic product!
