Peak level means that plants are fully grown before they are harvested. This is done by hand, so the plants remain intact and are not damaged by machines. The plants are then freeze-dried within the hour. This means that all liquids, the water, are sublimated out. This leaves only the complex structure of the plant, with vitamins and minerals. By applying this process, the beautiful, nutritious structure of the plant is preserved for longer and only needs to be lightly ground into powder.
