I was looking for a supplement that would help me maintain my bone structure at my age (60+). As I already have some knowledge about this, I was searching for vitamin K2 in a specific dosage. I started taking K2 due to very heavy menstruations. Since I have been using K2, my periods have become less intense. I feel good about it.
