Excellent price/quality ratio. I notice it in my energy levels and sleep quality. This form of magnesium is easily absorbed and does not burden the stomach or intestines.
One of the few brands that sells this form of magnesium. Whether it has really made a difference for my muscles is hard to say. I do find the price and dosage to be good. A clean pill

I have now been prescribed a new statin for the third time due to severe side effects (joint complaints and a tendon inflammation). Which magnesium can I take then? I am already using your ubiquinol 50 mg or is there something else?

Regarding magnesium, magnesium citrate is a good option. You could, for instance, choose the Magnesium Citrate 200 mg from Vitaminstore, 1 to 2 per day. Additionally, it's good that you're already using the Ubiquinol 50 mg.

Is it alright to take this form of magnesium and everything it contains with thyroid medication? Of course, not at the same time - I take the magnesium in the evening and the medication in the morning.

On 07 april 2020 by Customer serviceFor supple muscles, it does not matter whether you use magnesium glycerophosphate or magnesium malate. Both forms of magnesium are well absorbed and beneficial for muscle function.
Dear, I have had good experiences with MgGlycerophosphate. I know that 900mg of MgGlycerophosphate provides 100mg of Magnesium. However, someone with less well-functioning kidneys needs to monitor their phosphorus intake. I am therefore wondering how much Glycerine and how much Phosphorus is provided by that 900mg pill. Thanks. Christian
